Wellness Coach Consultation
During the Health & Wellness Consultation, we will go through several forms together, so we can thoroughly analyze your current lifestyle and nutritional habits. Each form allows us to go over every single detail of what’s going on with YOUR body. We need an HONEST assessment of every single bite and drink you consume on a regular basis. This allows you to understand the difference in the way you’re currently eating, versus the way you SHOULD be eating that we will teach you. We will then establish your health goals and make a plan to meet those goals.
Accountability Coach
Accountability is essential for getting things done. To make progress with anything, we need deadlines and drive. We need to follow-through on things when we say we’re going to do them. Our Coaches are here to help you get on the right track, and to make it easier for you to reach your goals. We WANT you to succeed!
Weekly Meal Prep Classes
A weekly online meal prep class that shares recipes and cooking techniques to improve the nutritional value and lower the calories in the foods you eat. Each class will include an introductory nutrition discussion, cooking education, and really good food.
(Will be hosted online Thursdays @ 7:00pm)
InBody Assessment
The InBody 380 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness and fitness contexts.
(Must be present for initial weigh in Nov 23 or 24 & final weigh in Jan 4 or 5)
Online Wellness Community Group
Our Wellness Team has launched an online wellness support group to discuss how to stay or get motivated with wellness. This group includes discussions on physical activities, nutritional menu plans and other wellness dimensions that can work for a wide range of individuals.
(Will be hosted through Facebook)
Bootcamp Group Sessions
Explore a diverse range of dynamic and intense group workouts that combine elements of military-style training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional exercises. These classes are designed to provide a total body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically.
(Will be every Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm & Saturday 8:30am-9:30am / if date falls on holiday, time TBD)

Customized Nutrition Program
This isn’t about a fad “diet”. It’s about understanding nutrition, making better choices, developing a healthy relationship with food and fueling your body. Our Nutrition Programming is customized to YOU! This means NO two programs will be the same , and this isn't a restricting diet depriving you of what you enjoy eating. Based on where you're starting, we will build a nutrition program appropriate for you.
