Latrice Elbert

Professionally I am a licensed therapeutic massage therapist and have spent years in the medical field and spa industry.   I have worked alongside doctor's of physical therapy,  chiropractic care,  neuro, Orthopedic, trainers and more. 

I provide modalities such as swedish massage,  deep tissue massage, prenatal massage,  CBD massage, reflexology and more.  I also have experience working with people who suffer from MS, fibromyalgia, chronic muscle pain, pre and post surgical massage, and lymphatic massage.

I am passionate about using massage and manual therapy techniques to help clients recover faster and reach their peak performance potential. 

Personally I am a wife and mother of two of the greatest kids a mom could ever ask for.  I'm the person who cares, makes the effort, the person who loves without hesitation, trust too quickly. The person who takes the chance, the person who makes people feel seen, the person who shows up and trusts in the goodness of other people. 

My favorite place to eat in Baton Rouge would have to be home a good home cooked meal 😋 is always the best.

If I could eat only one food for the rest of my life it would be seafood.
